Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

The primary objective of this position is to serve as the key liaison between various stakeholders within the supply chain ecosystem.

  • Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate with carriers, manage documentation, and ensure timely execution of transportation services in accordance with specified routing and service levels.

  • Process customer orders and coordinate with suppliers to meet established delivery standards.
  • Monitor transportation execution to ensure adherence to set work standards and procedures.
Request and Incident Handling

The Freight Operations Coordinator will handle customer inquiries, supply chain incidents, and disruptions by informing supervisors and relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

  • Follow up on missing events and investigate data inconsistencies.
Tracking Event Updates

The Freight Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that tracking event updates are provided accurately and on time by suppliers and carriers.

  • Analyze standard KPIs and reports, identify areas for improvement, and suggest corrective actions.
New Supplier Onboarding

The Freight Operations Coordinator will assist in the onboarding process for new suppliers to guarantee compliance with origin global order, event, and SOP requirements.

  • Adhere to all relevant SOPs, Work Instructions, and job-specific procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Logistics, 3PL, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management, or have comparable work experience.

  • Minimum one year of working experience.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management concepts and logistics processes.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
