We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Healthy Ageing Programmes (Operations) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategies, developing, implementing, and reviewing programmes to promote healthy ageing and improve the quality of life for seniors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement evidence-based healthy ageing strategies and programmes to encourage seniors to stay healthy and active.
- Work with our appointed contractors and education partners to ensure the capability and performance of fitness instructors for efficient and effective programme delivery.
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop educational resources for frailty prevention beyond in-person programmes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and educational partners to address concerns and gaps in programme delivery.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in developing and implementing initiatives for seniors.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in managing and implementing community-based programmes.
- Relevant qualifications in sports and exercise science or related disciplines.
- Background in gerontology, education, and training.
