Job Description

A teaching professional with strong leadership skills is required to join our Elementary Education team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in teaching language and literature, elementary education or bilingual education. A degree in a related field is also necessary.

The role involves managing a classroom environment that promotes student learning and development. Key responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to students and parents. Additionally, the teacher will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of student progress and participating in school-wide initiatives to improve teaching and learning practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in teaching language and literature, elementary education or bilingual education. They should also possess at least 3 years of international school teaching experience. Fluency in spoken and written Chinese is also essential. A proven track record of teaching in a Bilingual Programme at various grade levels is highly desirable.
