Job Opportunity: Educator for Early Childhood

  • The educator will work closely with parents to support each child's growth through regular communication on their child's development and achievements.
  • A dedicated and nurturing individual who is passionate about working with young children and supporting their educational and emotional needs is required.
About the Role

The educator will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing age-appropriate programmes and activities that support the developmental, educational, and emotional needs of children.
  • Fostering positive values and guiding children's character development.
  • Ensuring a safe and supportive environment, including setting up and maintaining learning environments and resources in accordance with safety and health standards.
  • Building strong relationships with parents through regular communication on their child's development and achievements.
  • Facilitating both indoor and outdoor activities to encourage participation and engagement.
Requirements

The successful candidate must possess:

  • WSQ Student Care Centre - Early Years (EY) or equivalent qualification.
  • Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education (ACECCE) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (DECCE-T) or equivalent.
