Logistics Coordination Role
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled logistics coordinator to oversee the planning and coordination of shipments, as well as the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. This role will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods to clients, while also maintaining accurate inventory management and stock control.
Responsibilities:- Work closely with production and sales teams to prioritize and fulfill client order deadlines
- Plan and schedule outbound shipments and deliveries
- Prepare packing labels and assist the packing team when required
- Ensure accurate documentation (e.g., Delivery Orders, Packing Lists) for all shipments
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and industry standards
- Track and report delivery status; resolve any logistics issues promptly
- Post-secondary education or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Good understanding of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and industry compliance standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel — must be able to clean up and organize packing list data from clients, and convert it into accurate packing labels for the production team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
