Job Description

We are seeking an experienced investment professional to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, working closely with bankers and investors, and providing high-quality advice and service to ultra-high net worth individuals and families.

This role offers the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of asset classes and products, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and prioritization skills, effective judgment from risk and escalation perspectives, and absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters.

The investment professional will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide operational support, manage account opening processes, update account documentation, and own the full trading lifecycle from pre-trade checks to post-trade checks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support to advisors and wider integrated teams
  • Help manage account opening / onboarding process
  • Support bankers with updating account documentation
  • Owning the full trading lifecycle
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all asset classes and products offered by the private bank
  • Act as primary contact with external clients for day-to-day account administration
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of client service and/or relationship manager support experience in Private Banking
  • Fluent written and spoken Business Mandarin
  • Strong knowledge of the Private Bank business
  • Dynamic and independent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under tight market deadlines and accuracy in executing clients' directed orders
  • Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters
  • CACS certified
