Production Support Specialist

At our manufacturing facility, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Support Specialist to join our team. This is a key role that will provide critical support to the production process.

Responsibilities include:
• Troubleshooting and repairing faulty equipment
• Conducting preventative maintenance of production equipment
• Improving and upgrading production equipment hardware and control software
• Identifying and rectifying process problems for quality improvement and scrap reduction
• Managing equipment spare parts inventory
• Installing and qualifying new processes and equipment
• Supporting new program/model start-up
• Minimizing machine downtime and raw materials/products waste

Our ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical engineering and at least 3 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment. They should possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and perform shift work as required.
