Project Manager - Technical Drawings

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the production of technical drawings, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.

  • Coordinate drafting and reviewing civil and structural drawings, as well as building plans, for client approval.
  • Manage interactions with regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals and conduct site inspections.
  • Serve as a key member in the planning, detailed design, and construction stages, providing expert guidance to designers and engineers.
  • Facilitate electronic submissions to authorities and liaise with them to obtain approval, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to execute projects efficiently and attend meetings on design matters when required.
  • Oversee project coordination and contract administration works, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and implement training programs for junior staff members, promoting knowledge sharing and quality assurance within our organization.
