Clearing and Settlement Specialist

Our company is seeking a skilled professional to oversee clearing and settlement processes across multiple asset classes-including Equity, Options, Derivatives, FX, and Commodities-while ensuring accurate reconciliation of positions and cash to reduce operational risk and enhance straight-through processing.

The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with internal teams and external exchanges to resolve issues, implement new processes, and drive continuous improvement. Additional duties include daily profit-and-loss reporting to senior management, addressing trade-related queries, producing operational reports, and supporting automation and efficiency initiatives.


Key Requirements
  • A degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field, with a CFA qualification considered a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in capital markets operations,
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel-including Vlookups, Pivot Tables, and conditional formulas-is essential, along with experience using workflow management tools such as JIRA.
