Low Latency Distributed Systems Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead FX Trading Systems Developer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for crafting the architecture and implementation of fault-tolerant, robust, and scalable distributed backend systems that power critical financial applications.
The successful candidate will apply their expertise in distributed systems to design and develop high-performance, low-latency, highly available cloud-native backend system solutions using Java and Spring framework aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform performance tuning of application code to optimize system responsiveness, ensuring efficient execution of critical market infrastructure services.
- Participate in code review process, ensuring alignment to standards and SDLC processes, crafting clean code with robust test coverage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in Computer Engineering or a relevant field is desirable.
- Strong core Java + Spring knowledge. React knowledge is a plus.
- Finance degree or certifications (FRM/CFA/PRM, etc.) are considered a plus.
