We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our fast-expanding team. As a key member of our project team, you will play a critical role in managing and executing various aspects of M&E projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take off quantities, price, and prepare tender submissions
  • Prepare Bills of Quantity
  • Source sub-contractors and suppliers, evaluate price comparisons, and create costing summaries
  • Analyze project specifications to recommend cost-saving measures
  • Assist the project team with variation works, progress claims, and cost control
  • Monitor and track project costs as per the planned schedule and budget
  • Measure and determine the amount of work done at stages to evaluate progress and contractual claims by sub-contractors
  • Assist in the settlement of final accounts with clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors
  • Carry out contract administration duties
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree holders in Quantity Surveying or equivalent from a recognized institution/university
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Ability to take instructions and work independently
  • Good communication skills, able to interact with people of all levels
  • Able to work well in a team
