Job Title: Mould Shop Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mould Shop Manager to lead our mould production team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of mould production, from maintenance to manufacturing.

The role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the mould shop, including new tool builds, repairs, and preventive maintenance. You will also supervise, train, and evaluate the mould shop team to ensure performance targets and quality standards are met.

A key aspect of this role is coordinating with production, engineering, and design teams to ensure timely delivery of moulds and tooling. You will also develop and maintain schedules for mould builds and repairs to minimize downtime.

In addition, you will monitor tool performance and address tooling issues to improve lifespan and efficiency. Overseeing inventory of mould components, tools, and consumables, ensuring availability and cost control is another critical responsibility.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a mould/tool shop, preferably in a manufacturing or plastic injection moulding environment. A supervisory or managerial background is essential, along with knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems.
