About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Technician to join our team at SIA Engineering Company Limited. As a Trainee Technician, you will undergo a comprehensive 16-month training program to develop your skills in both Mechanical (B1) and Avionics (B2) tasks.


Responsibilities

Upon completion of the training program, you will be appointed as a Dual-Trade Technician, responsible for carrying out mechanical or avionics maintenance tasks on an aircraft as instructed by Licensed Aircraft Engineers (LAEs). You will work in accordance with manual procedures and regulation requirements.


Requirements
  • NITEC or NITEC in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical, or related engineering courses
  • Recent ITE graduates are welcome
  • Strong interest in technician roles within the Aviation industry
  • Positive and hardworking personality
  • Ability to differentiate colors for work purposes
  • Physically fit
