Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Clinic Care Coordinator to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma in health promotion and prior healthcare experience, with good verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating patient care activities.
  • Utilize IT systems to track, perform, and document clinical indicators and care given to patients.
  • Perform basic parameter measurements, close preventive screening and vaccination gaps.
  • Provide health education to improve patients' knowledge on lifestyle management, social and physical activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Health Promotion
  • Prior healthcare experience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Passionate about working in the healthcare industry
