About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in managing OEM contracts, factory operations, manufacturing processes, and end-to-end supply chain management.

This role requires a strong understanding of import/export documentation and compliance regulations, as well as demonstrated expertise in cost management and process optimization.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of driving innovation and operational excellence, and who can optimize procurement and supply chain strategies to meet business goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage OEM contracts, ensuring optimal collaboration with partners and suppliers.
  • Develop and streamline factory and manufacturing process flows to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Implement and monitor cost management strategies to drive profitability and minimize expenses.
  • Manage overseas shipping, including handling import documentation and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and compliance requirements across operations.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement and operations management within the FMCG sector.
  • Solid understanding of import/export documentation and compliance regulations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cost management and process optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of beverage industry operations is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
