Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business units cross-functionally in various APAC initiatives, including Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, Therapeutic Strategy and Innovation, Change Management, Project Management, etc.
  • Craft and execute content for Southeast Asia community in the organization, including social media content and presentations.
  • Support dialogues and video curation for APAC initiatives.
  • Prepare materials and presentations for executive meetings on request.
  • Collaborate with fellow interns/colleagues from/out of the APAC region for peer learning and best practices exchange.
  • Active participation and supporting Southeast Asia activities/events, such as Lunch & Learn, Town Hall, Employee engagement activities, and others as assigned.
  • May participate in forums or panel discussions to raise awareness about Special Needs.
  • Support data collection and analysis tasks on request, with insights into Study Start up to Study Maintenance and Study Close-Out in the Clinical Operations space.
  • Support with other administrative tasks as requested.
  • Participate and support events/workstreams within the clinical research professionals association in Singapore.
Requirements:
  • Ability to commit to hybrid working (i.e. able to work from home and in the office).
  • Possess good Microsoft skills.
  • Able to take meeting minutes.
  • Possess good verbal communication skills.
