Ensuring Excellence: Quality Assurance Expert Role

We are seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to fill this key role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operating inspection equipment and analyzing data to identify defect rates.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate various inspection equipment, including air leak testers, dimensional measurement tools, and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems.
- Analyze inspection data to identify defect rates and determine potential root causes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to quality inspection equipment.
- Provide on-site support by referencing Manufacturing Quality Engineering (MQE) data, product specifications, Design for Manufacturing (DFM) guidelines, and Manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures (MSOPs).
- Proven hands-on experience operating various inspection equipment.
- Proficient skills in the use of advanced dimensional inspection tools, such as Hexagon Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), Optical Measuring Machines (OMMs), surface roughness testers, gloss meters, and colorimeters.
- Strong proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis, reporting, and technical documentation.
