Marketing Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the design team to develop engaging content for digital platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and tone.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. They will also be well-versed in Microsoft Word and Excel, and have a keen interest in marketing and current market trends.

  • Work closely with the design team to develop engaging content for digital platforms.
  • Manage company social media accounts and online branding assets.
  • Assist the marketing team with events, procurement of GWP and store activities.
  • Update monthly promotions and new launches through the malls' communication channels.
  • Scout for suitable KOLs (Paid, Organic Seeding and Gifting) for various campaigns.
  • Handle Skechers VIP Program including CRM, and reward tiers.
  • Handle relevant marketing paperwork.
  • Pack items for stores replenishment, events and etc.
  • Create redemption letters for sponsorship.
