**Job Title:** Chiller Service Specialist

Job Description:

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers by attending to their inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner. Your duties will include recommending preventive measures, providing prompt resolutions to technical problems, and ensuring that dissatisfied customers receive satisfactory solutions.

  • Mon to Fri – 8.00am to 5.30pm
  • Location: AMK
  • Mobile and transport allowance provided
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of chiller systems and be able to provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors as needed.

  • Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls
  • Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems
  • Assuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues
  • Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning; verify and prepare
