Product Strategy Manager

We are seeking a skilled Product Strategy Manager to lead the development and growth of our Cyber Security products. This role involves driving service creation, enhancing product quality, and increasing market share through continuous product enhancements, operational improvements, and strategic pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage and grow a suite of Cyber Security products, technical services, and other related services.
  • To drive service creation and service quality enhancement of its products and to increase market share and profitability by continuous product enhancements, operation improvements, and product marketing and pricing strategies.
  • Analysing market conditions and providing critical inputs to management for medium- and long-term business planning.
  • Creating and maintaining business cases for strategic pricing and non-standard terms and conditions.
  • Collaborating with service delivery and operation team to ensure effective product delivery mechanism is maintained.
  • Supporting sales teams to win/retain customers by providing competitive pricing and customized solutions/SLOs if required.
  • Analysing potential partner relationships for the product.
  • Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by ongoing visits to customers and non-customers.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in IT-related fields or equivalent.
  • Applicants without an IT qualification may still apply but must have at least 2-3 years of sales experience.
  • A good sales track record of computer networks and IT security will be an advantage.
  • Prior experience working in a distributor environment is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and logical thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
