Job Title:

Production Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Production Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining computerized manufacturing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement production systems to support automated processes
  • Integrate software applications with equipment, manufacturing execution systems, and enterprise resource planning systems for seamless data flow
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to ensure stable and efficient production operations
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and information technology teams to optimize system performance and workflow efficiency
  • Conduct system testing, validation, and ensure adherence to manufacturing standards
  • Analyze production data to identify improvements in automation, quality, and throughput
  • Provide technical support, training, and user documentation for production systems
  • Manage projects involving system upgrades, integration, and deployment of new manufacturing solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Knowledge of manufacturing systems, automation processes, and industrial equipment integration
  • Programming skills (e.g., Python, C/C++, Java, or .NET) and experience with SQL/Oracle databases
  • Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems, enterprise resource planning systems, and factory automation tools is an advantage but not necessary
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in manufacturing or production environments
  • Good project management, communication, and documentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams
