Field Service Engineer Opportunity

As a skilled professional in the semiconductor industry, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining front-end automated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and commission new equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Maintain existing equipment to prevent downtime, ensuring reliability and continuity of operations.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently, utilizing problem-solving skills and expertise.
  • Develop and implement continuous enhancement programs to improve equipment capabilities and functionality.
  • Coordinate logistics activities related to equipment installation/maintenance/repair, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Manage inventory and availability of spare parts and tools, optimizing supply chain operations.
  • Provide training and technical assistance to customers, enhancing their understanding and proficiency.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering, with a solid foundation in theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a proven track record of success and growth.
  • Willingness to travel overseas for work support and training, embracing global opportunities and challenges.
