Part-Time Qualitative Research Assistant

This part-time contract involves conducting qualitative interviews with patients, adhering to established protocols. Your tasks will include accurately recording and transcribing interview data, assisting in the development of interview guides and related materials, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality, and participating in training sessions and team meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with respondents (patients and healthcare professionals)
- Comfortable conducting interviews independently
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Familiarity with ethical standards related to data collection and respondent privacy
- Proficient in Chinese or Malay language is essential as the position will work with Mandarin-/Malay-speaking patients
- Experience in qualitative research or interviewing is mandatory; further training will be provided
You will be paid $100 per completed interview and transcript, and an hourly rate of $20 for your participation in the training sessions and team meetings.
OthersPlease note that this is a part-time contract requiring commitment of up to 24 working hours per week. You will need to undergo a selection interview.
