Piling and Foundation Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Bid & Tender Director to spearhead our tender strategy, win high-value projects, and drive growth across piling and foundation works.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to join us in leading the development of technically robust and commercially competitive bids.
- Drive business development through the end-to-end tender process, identifying, evaluating, and winning new project opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, act as a trusted advisor and technical authority during pre-bid discussions, clarifications, and site visits.
- Collaborate with estimators, quantity surveyors, design engineers, and project teams to develop compelling tender packages.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related construction discipline, and minimum 8-10 years of experience in tendering for piling/foundation works.
They should possess strong technical knowledge of bored piling, secant piles, diaphragm walls, and other geotechnical systems, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
A proficient individual in tender software, technical document preparation, and commercial evaluation will be highly valued in this role.
