Culinary Expert Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team in an Institutional Catering role.

This position involves preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to the restaurant's standards and recipes, ensuring that all dishes served meet the outlet's quality and presentation expectations.

  1. Prepare and cook meals in line with the restaurant's menu and recipe standards.
  2. Maintain high-quality food presentation, taste, and portion sizes.
  3. Monitor inventory levels for kitchen supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary.
  4. Collaborate effectively with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations during service periods.
Requirements:
  • A minimum technical certificate in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in institutional catering or multi-outlet settings.
