Florist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Florist to join our retail team. As a key member of our floristry department, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions.
  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and designs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Manage inventory and restock floral supplies as needed.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in floristry or a related field.
  • Strong interest in floristry and a flair for creativity.
  • Positive attitude with a desire to develop floral design skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
