Job Title: Enterprise Infrastructure Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Infrastructure Manager to join our team. As part of the infrastructure team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations that meet the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and conform to industry best practices.

Responsibilities:
  1. Establish ITSM standards, processes, and guidelines aligned with industry best practices.
  2. Provide technical leadership and consultancy on system performance, integration, and configuration.
  3. Assist the Service Delivery Manager in daily operations management.
  4. Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in shell, Perl, Python, or PowerShell scripting.
  5. Analyze system performance and recommend optimizations.
  6. Ensure high availability of the production environment per business needs and SLAs.
  7. Lead Root Cause Analysis for high-severity issues and coordinate resolution efforts.
  8. Review incident reports and participate in upgrade/patching of middleware software.
  9. Provide SME support on security threats, vulnerabilities, and disaster recovery planning.
  10. Adhere to Change and Release Management processes.
  11. Develop technical documentation and monitoring procedures.
  12. Report project updates regularly to SDM and perform other duties as assigned.
  13. Lead problem determination and collaborate with application teams for issue resolution.
  14. Conduct capacity studies and monitor system performance.
  15. Maintain documentation and support audit exercises to ensure compliance.
  16. Stay updated on technological advancements and emerging standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years of experience in end-to-end operations management, including configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting of Wintel infrastructures such as Windows Servers, OS clustering, Hyper-V, VMware, IIS, Biztalk, and related products.

Experience with cloud services like AWS and MS Azure.

Specialization in Microsoft, VMware, AWS, or Azure products.

Hands-on experience with Windows system administration, OS clustering, and troubleshooting.

Experience with Microsoft middleware like IIS.

Managing large-scale virtualized environments (VMware, HyperV).

Good understanding of ITIL, ISO 9001, ISO 27001 standards.

Working knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure) is advantageous.
