Engineering and Business Development Intern

This role is designed for a highly motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in engineering and business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, selection, and documentation of ACMV systems for various projects.
  • Conduct site visits and assist in project coordination, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Support the preparation of engineering drawings, equipment specifications, and technical reports.
  • Conduct research on new industry best practices.

Business Development & Sales Support:

  • Identify potential clients, partners, and market opportunities to support business expansion.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, tenders, and quotations for projects.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve company strategies.
  • Support client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups on business leads.
  • Assist in preparing reports on project progress, cost analysis, and business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Undergrads or personnel with degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and basic knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Chance to convert to Full Time
  • Minimum 3 months commitment
