Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage the fund accounting and administration services for our private equity clients.



Manage day-to-day operations, prepare and review Net Asset Value calculations and reports. Coordinate investor servicing activities including on-boarding, capital calls and distributions. Liaise with clients to ensure deliverables meet service quality standards. Prepare and review financial statements and footnotes for audit purposes. Provide guidance to junior colleagues. Ensure smooth service delivery to clients by liaising with banks, auditors, brokers and custodians. Assist in new funds on-boarding by collaborating with other teams. Additional responsibilities may include
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements and footnotes
  • Liaising with clients and ensuring deliverables meet service quality standards
  • Managing day-to-day operations and preparing and reviewing Net Asset Value calculations and reports


Requirements

To succeed in this role you will need:



• At least 8 years of experience in fund accounting, preferably in private equity.

• Strong accounting technical knowledge.

• Good communication and client servicing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

We also look for:



• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or another relevant discipline.

• Accounting qualification is preferred but not required.
