Job Description

As an Infant Care Teacher, your primary responsibility will be to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional development of infants under your care.

Key aspects of this role include planning and implementing curriculum and programmes tailored to meet the unique needs of each child, building strong relationships with parents and centre staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, and conducting routine caregiving tasks while continuously seeking opportunities to improve and enhance the quality of care provided.

Additionally, you will be expected to uplift professional practice by promoting the centre's vision, mission, and values.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Higher Certificate in Infant Care or Advanced Certificate in Early Years;
  • Relevant teaching experience;
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
