Operations Schedule Strategist

The Operations Schedule Strategist will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders, and ensuring timely project delivery. This role requires a high level of organizational skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Development and Management: Utilize Primavera P6 software and other tools to develop detailed project schedules for facility operations.
  • Progress Monitoring and Updates: Track and update project schedules to reflect progress, conduct critical path analysis, and provide reports to leadership.
  • Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, maintenance staff, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines.
  • Risk Management and Mitigation: Identify potential scheduling risks and develop contingency plans to address project disruptions.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field is required.
  • Holding a valid Primavera P6 software license and having proven expertise in using the software is essential.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in scheduling for facilities management, construction, or maintenance projects is necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of budgeting, procurement timelines, and project cost control. They will also be skilled in resource leveling, workload balancing, and critical path analysis. Additionally, they should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
