Responsibilities

  1. Conduct thorough document checks on instructions for account signatory changes and updates.
  2. Perform Identification & Verification (ID&V) procedures, including EWSS screening for new directors and signatories.
  3. Create and maintain accurate customer profile records in core banking systems.
  4. Analyze and compare account signatory requirements to ensure proper maintenance and updates.
  5. Ensure all account-related details and operating requirements are up-to-date and compliant.
  6. Assist in implementing process improvements and system enhancements across business and technology lines.
  7. Maintain timely processing of requests within agreed service-level agreements.
  8. Escalate discrepancies to supervisors as necessary and coordinate follow-up actions.
  9. Understand and adhere to bank policies on AML/CFT, information protection, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  10. Respond promptly to inquiries from Business Units and other teams via email or phone.
  11. Handle internal customer complaints professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
  12. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders from Regional Operations, Product Teams, and Risk & Control departments.
  13. Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  2. Relevant experience in operational controls and pre-check capabilities within corporate banking settings.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
  4. Strong control and process management mindset with attention to detail.
  5. Ability to exercise sound judgment on transaction monitoring and escalate red flags when necessary.
  6. Domain knowledge and work experience in corporate banking and associated process life cycles.
  7. Passionate attitude towards driving change and adapting to challenges.
  8. Ability to multitask and handle diverse roles in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Effective time management and prioritization skills.

Estimated Salary: SGD 45,000 - SGD 60,000 per annum

This salary range is based on industry standards for similar positions in Singapore and may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.
