Installation Technician (Lock System)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician (Lock System) to join our team at RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining smart lock products at customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure smart lock products at customer locations
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues with lock systems
  • Provide product training to customers and ensure they understand the features and benefits of the smart lock products
  • Document installation and repair activities, and maintain accurate records
  • Replenish equipment and spare parts as needed, and ensure the upkeep of the company vehicle

Requirements:

  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility with full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings
  • Possession of a valid Class 3 driver's license
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in electrical work, carpentry, or lock installations preferred

What We Offer:

  • Basic Salary up to $3,000 with yearly increment based on performance
  • 5 days work week (4 weekday and 1 weekend, 8:30am -6:00pm)
