High-Stakes Business Dispute Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a High-Stakes Business Dispute Resolution Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with leading technology clients on high-stakes litigation and regulatory disputes across the APAC region.

As a specialist in commercial litigation, international arbitration, and regulatory issues, you will develop litigation strategy and draft substantive pleadings for matters throughout the globe – ranging from data protection, defamation, IP infringement, contract and other disputes – and oversee on-the-ground counsel to implement strategy.

Key responsibilities include advising clients on risk assessments associated with newly developed products, policies, and business structures, as well as with proposed legislation and regulations across the world.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent judgment and analytical skills, broad subject matter experience, and be able to synthesize legal concepts and strategy into easy-to-digest client advice.

  • 2-5 years of commercial litigation/arbitration experience
  • Experience with a top domestic or international law firm
  • Admission: SG or US
  • US law degree and bar qualification preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent drafting skills, with an eye for accuracy of facts and presenting the arguments in the most compelling manner possible
