Job Title: Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator

Do you have experience in warehouse operations and inventory management? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, moving, checking, and storing goods, as well as keying information into the computerized stock system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and verifying incoming shipments against delivery notes and invoices.\
  • Storing and organizing goods in a safe and efficient manner.\
  • Keying information into the SAP system to update inventory levels.\
  • Generating weekly and monthly reports on inventory movements.\
  • Reporting and evaluating stock discrepancies.\
  • Advising order shortages to Operations Manager.\
  • Liaising with freight forwarders and 3PL for inbound and outbound shipments.\
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned.\
  • Assisting with the preparation of delivery orders and services into the computerized stock system.\
  • Monitoring and maintaining accurate records of inventory transactions.\
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve issues related to inventory management.\
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in all aspects of the job.\\/ul\">

Requirements:

We require candidates with at least one year of relevant working experience and a strong understanding of SAP and Excel software. A minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent qualification is also necessary. Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply, but must demonstrate potential and enthusiasm for the role.
