Job Title: Architectural Design Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our architectural team as an Architectural Design Support Specialist. This role will play a key part in assisting project teams with guidance from senior architects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architecture and be proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the project team to complete projects on time, within budget, and according to client and regulatory requirements
  • Working concurrently on multiple projects from design stage to project completion under guidance
  • Producing drawings and BIM models required by the project, including submission drawings, detailed drawings, clash detection coordination, and construction drawings
  • Making submissions to authorities and ensuring all forms, drawings, and BIM models are submitted and liaising with authorities as required

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for high-rise and landed residential projects in Singapore.

In addition to technical skills, we value teamwork, critical thinking, and stakeholder management. If you are a fresh graduate with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, with a strong interest in 3D modeling and rendering, we encourage you to apply.
