Your role involves navigating the intricate landscape of project coordination, including liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure seamless execution.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, backed by at least 8-12 years of experience in managing building construction projects. Familiarity with local construction codes, regulatory requirements, and project management software is essential for success in this position.
A key aspect of your responsibilities will involve developing and monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resources to guarantee timely and cost-effective delivery. You will also oversee the development and maintenance of crucial project documentation, such as schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
