Executive - Sales Leader (APAC)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales professional to lead our APAC Sales team. As an Executive - Sales (APAC), you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver sales projects and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of sales experience in the beauty industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM software, data analysis, and sales reporting.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), with additional languages a plus.
