Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Rotating Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting rotating equipment maintenance and ensuring that all KPIs related to this discipline are met.

The successful candidate will act as a primary contact for field coordination among various stakeholders related to rotating equipment maintenance, execute plant rotating equipment maintenance strategies, and implement repair plans. They will also improve the reliability of units by implementing repair recommendations, inspections, improved materials of construction, and fit-for-service reviews based on engineering codes and RAGAGEPS.

This role requires strong technical expertise and troubleshooting skills to rectify problems impacting safety, quality, reliability, and production. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience working with vendors and OEMs, performing predictive and preventive maintenance jobs, and reviewing/grading RCA-C performed by technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate planned and unplanned maintenance activities for rotating equipment.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) investigations for rotating equipment-related issues.
  • Analyze and resolve equipment performance issues affecting process operations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for rotating equipment maintenance procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in rotating equipment maintenance in petrochemical or refinery settings.
  • Knowledge of fixed equipment maintenance and industry standards.
