The Financial Administrator Assistant plays a vital role in the financial operations of CHANGI GOLF CLUB. As a key member of the team, this individual will be responsible for managing member accounts and billing, processing payments and reconciliations, and assisting with budgeting and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage member accounts and billing processes to ensure accurate and timely payment transactions.
- Process payments and reconcile financial transactions to maintain accurate records.
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting to provide valuable insights into the club's financial performance.
- Maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets to ensure seamless financial tracking.
- Coordinate with various departments, including the golf shop and restaurant, to ensure efficient financial operations.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure prompt and accurate payment processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests by addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
- Assist with year-end audits and financial statements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum qualification of LCCI Higher Accounting is required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is essential.
- Prior experience with Club2000E software is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in a country club or similar environment is also preferred.
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice period is an added advantage.
Benefits and Compensation
CHANGI GOLF CLUB offers a competitive salary of SGD 55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. The successful candidate can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, paid annual leave, and opportunities for career growth and development. Estimated Salary: SGD 55,000 per annum
