Patrolling Officer - Islandwide Position

This role involves performing car park patrols at assigned locations according to a duty roster. The successful candidate will also be responsible for attending feedback on equipment faults, handling simple troubleshooting tasks, maintaining the cleanliness of office and car park equipment, and reporting daily matters to Team Leaders and Operations Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Car Park Patrols: Conduct thorough patrols of designated car parks to ensure a secure and orderly environment.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain car park equipment to prevent faults and downtime.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Attend to customer feedback and report any issues or concerns to Team Leaders and Operations Managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to identify and resolve equipment faults in a timely manner.
  • Problem Solving Skills: Effective problem-solving skills to address various scenarios that may arise during patrols.
  • Field Operations Experience: Proven experience in field operations, with a focus on security and maintenance.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
