Job Title: Senior Inventory Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Inventory Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading the inventory management function and developing strategies to optimize stock levels and improve supply chain efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, with experience in forecasting, supply chain optimization, and inventory control. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes to drive business results.

Your expertise in inventory management will enable you to develop and execute effective inventory strategies, manage stock levels, and optimize allocation across locations. You will also be responsible for analyzing and managing stock and purchase-order data to optimize allocation and reducing costs.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users, vendors, and other stakeholders. You will be self-driven, organized, and flexible, with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent)
  • 3+ years' experience in spare parts management, logistics, or inventory control (commercial vehicle, passenger vehicle, or machinery/industrial parts)
  • Proven track record across spares management, procurement processes, and vendor relations
  • Analytical, process-oriented, self-driven, organized, and able to work under pressure and longer hours when required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative and independent
  • Proficient in MS Office; strong user of inventory systems; strong in demand planning and inventory analysis
