About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Operations Manager to join our team at Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte. Ltd.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day sales coordination, including issuing quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoicing. Additionally, you will handle customer queries and provide exceptional customer support while coordinating with other departments to prepare and submit documents for open tenders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day indoor sales coordination: issue quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoicing.
- Handling customer's queries/issues, providing customer support.
- Coordinate and support the project manager in ensuring project schedules are adhered to.
- Liaise with other departments to prepare & submit documents for open tenders.
- Actively source for new sales opportunities through inbound leads.
- Attend frequent online/offline trainings by business vendors.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Singaporean/PR only.
- Minimum Diploma in Business or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Proficient in working with Microsoft Office suite.
