Resident Bartender

At Raffles Hotel Singapore, we are seeking a skilled and charismatic Resident Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our bar operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest standards of service and quality.

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages to our discerning guests.
• Engage with guests, build relationships, and provide personalized service to ensure a memorable experience.
• Work closely with the Resident Mixologist to develop and implement innovative cocktail menus and promotions.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to Raffles Hotel Singapore's high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in mixology and hospitality.

• At least 1 year of relevant bar experience in a similar standing or profile.
• Knowledge of classic and international cocktails, spirits, and hospitality practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic POS management.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer service.
