Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations and Training Coordinator to join our team at INTEGRATIVE LEARNING CORPORATION PTE LTD.

About the Role:

This is a key position that requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for ensuring smooth operations in a dynamic environment. As an Administrative Operations and Training Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our training programs, administrative processes, and project management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Support
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue arrangement, catering, and trainer materials preparation
  • Create and manage virtual feedback forms for each class, ensuring timely submission to trainers
  • Collect, collate, and send feedback reports to trainers and relevant stakeholders after each class
  • Administrative Support
  • Organize participant details from sales teams, ensuring timely submission to the finance department
  • Upload participant details to the virtual badge system for e-certificate automation
  • Maintain CRM data on HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and relevance
  • Project Management and Inbox Management
  • Maintain and update the sales dashboard on Monday.com to reflect real-time progress and status
  • Schedule and coordinate weekly sales meetings, including agenda preparation and material coordination
  • Oversee the sales inbox, ensuring all inbound inquiries are reviewed and directed to the sales team promptly

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in administration, excellent multitasking capabilities, and a keen eye for detail. This role offers a competitive salary of SGD $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
