Job Title: Food Service Professional

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Food Service Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional food service.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain knowledge of food and drinks menu
• Ensure work areas are clean and adhered to cleaning schedule
• Complete mise-en place prior to service and continually replenish
• Maintain responsibility for polishing cutlery, crockery, coppers, and silvers
• Set up chefs table and maintain coffee area
• Carry trays and deliver food to guests in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications:
• No formal education required
• No experience required, training will be provided
• Proficient in written and verbal English
• Experience in F&B and safety
• Willing and able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Have a well-groomed and professional appearance
