The role of Marketing Coordinator is pivotal in driving our social and influencer strategy in Canada, requiring a strong blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, and executional expertise.

About the Role

This position will lead the execution of our social media strategy, balancing hands-on delivery with campaign oversight, agency coordination, and team alignment. It combines content development, community management, influencer campaign execution, and performance tracking.

The ideal candidate will serve as the key contact for global leads and ensure all social and influencer activity drives brand awareness, family acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation and Calendar Management:
    • Plan, brief, and localize CA social content calendar.
    • Own ideation and briefing process for CA-specific content, developing creative concepts and collaborating with local creators.
    • Manage daily posting, story reposting, and user-generated content curation.
  • Channel and Community Management:
    • Respond to comments in brand tone and escalate customer issues to the customer happiness team.
    • Work with global social leads on complex responses.
  • Influencer Marketing:
    • Brief influencers on objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
    • Identify, vet, and contract influencers with support from the global team.
    • Lead outreach, negotiation, and content briefing.
  • General Marketing Support:
    • Support CA product launches and market-specific campaigns.
    • Manage CA marketing calendar and event planning.
    • Provide insights on CA market trends and opportunities.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in brand or agency-side marketing, focusing on the Canadian market.
  • A self-starter, clear communicator, and fast learner.
  • A strategic and creative thinker.
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
  • Familiarity with measuring outcomes and meeting ambitious targets.
