Senior AI Researcher Job Description
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Researcher to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and applying cutting-edge generative AI solutions to drive business value.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI research and development, with experience in designing, building, and deploying AI-powered solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business challenges and provide expert guidance on implementing AI-powered solutions.
- Design and execute experiments to research new AI algorithms and optimize risk, profitability, and customer experience.
- Collaborate with AI/ML scientists and architects to develop and evaluate state-of-the-art AI solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A PhD degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, operations research, or a highly quantitative field, plus 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree, plus 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Hands-on experience with Python to build, train, and evaluate AI models.
- Experience in algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, high-performance computing.
- Demonstrated experience with Large Language Model (LLM) and Foundational Model post-training, continual pre-training, fine-tuning, or reinforcement learning techniques.
- A scientific publication track record at top-tier AI/ML/NLP conferences or journals.
