Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Educator to join our team. As an Assistant Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our early childhood setting.

As an Assistant Educator, your primary responsibility will be to assist the main Educator in implementing educational programs and activities for children. This will involve:

  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times
  • Providing guidance and support to children as needed
  • Assisting with the preparation of materials and resources for educational activities
  • Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the development of policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Early Childhood qualifications (not essential but advantageous)
  • Minimum complete secondary education with experience in assisting and support roles
  • A good disposition and mature individual who is willing to grow in the Early Childhood sector
  • Ability to commit immediately to the end of the year 2025
