Litigation Associate Opportunity

We are seeking two motivated and meticulous litigation professionals to join our Dispute Resolution team.

  • Family Litigation – Work on a range of matrimonial and family-related disputes, including divorce, custody, maintenance, and division of assets. You will handle cases that require sensitivity, empathy, and strong advocacy.
  • Commercial Litigation – Focus on complex commercial disputes, including contractual, corporate, and shareholder matters. You will work on cases that require sharp analytical skills and exposure to cross-border elements.

Both roles provide hands-on experience and close mentorship from senior lawyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough legal research, draft high-quality submissions, affidavits, and other court documents.
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations under supervision.
  • Advise clients on litigation strategy and dispute resolution options under supervision.
  • Assist in case preparation, trial management, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
Requirements
  • Singapore-qualified lawyer with 1–3 years' PQE in litigation and dispute resolution.
  • 2025 trainees who demonstrate strong aptitude and interest in disputes may also be considered.
  • Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive mindset with keen attention to detail.
